Sacred Face Salon Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Sacred Face Salon, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Sacred Face Salon offers a range of services, including but not limited to, permanent makeup (powder brows, eyeliner, lip blushing), skin rejuvenation (Procell Therapies Microchanneling), scar rejuvenation/concealing, piercings, lash lifts & tints, brow tints, dermaplaning facials, full face threading, and laser teeth whitening. 3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to do so may result in the full cost of the service being charged.

A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your permanent makeup, scar rejuvenation, and/or microchanneling appointment and it will be applied to your final appointment cost. This is to protect my time against no-shows and late reschedules/cancellations. Booking fees can be moved two times, after that, another booking fee will be required. Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Of course, everyone’s time is very valuable! And, recognizing that appointment times are limited, I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you are not able to keep your appointment.

Any appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a booking fee of 50% of the treatment value and it will not be applied to future appointments since the salon can not re-book this appointment time. If you no show/no call your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment value and it will not be applied to future appointments.

If you reschedule and you miss your 2nd appointment, you will be responsible for 100% of the treatment value and you will not be able to rebook.

If I scheduled your appointment for you and bypassed needing to pay a booking fee, you will be required to pay a booking fee to reschedule.

If you no show your perfecting touch up session, you’ll be charged a $50 booking fee to reschedule and it will not be applied to future appointments.

Touch up appointments for permanent makeup must be done no later than 10 weeks from the original appointment – any touch ups after that will be considered an annual color top off and charged accordingly. 

If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service and we may need to reschedule and you will be required to pay a booking fee.

I understand that life happens, and I am happy to work with you via proper communication. Let’s be respectful of everyone’s time! Please call if it is impossible for you to keep your appointment and I will do my best to work with you. Communication is KEY!

4. Payment Policy

Payment for services is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit card, CashApp, Venmo, and CareCredit.

5. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions or allergies to the technician prior to the service. We follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for all clients.

6. Liability

Sacred Face Salon is not responsible for any adverse reactions or complications arising from services provided. Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for their own health and well-being.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.

8. Modifications

Sacred Face Salon reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
