Sacred Face Salon Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Sacred Face Salon, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. SMS Terms 

  1. When you opt-in to Sacred Face Salon, you agree to receive marketing text messages related to limited-time specials and treatment announcements.  
  1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  1. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@sacredfacesalon.com.
  1. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  1. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

SMS Privacy Policy

Sacred Face Salon will not share consumer opt-in data and consent with any third parties for their own use case; excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Messaging services.

3. Services Offered

Sacred Face Salon offers a range of services, including but not limited to, permanent makeup (powder brows, eyeliner, lip blushing), skin rejuvenation (Procell Therapies Microchanneling), scar rejuvenation/concealing, piercings, lash lifts & tints, brow tints, dermaplaning facials, full face threading, and laser teeth whitening.  5. Payment Policy

Payment for services is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit card, CashApp, Venmo, and CareCredit.

6. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions or allergies to the technician prior to the service. We follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for all clients.

7. Liability

Sacred Face Salon is not responsible for any adverse reactions or complications arising from services provided. Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for their own health and well-being.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.

9. Modifications

Sacred Face Salon reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
